Lindsey joined SilverBug in 2008 as the Group Operations Director or informally in the business as GOD, which pretty much sums up her role! She is in touch with all aspects of the business, ensuring smooth day to day operations as well as long term planning and delivery, ensuring all objectives are met.

Lindsey comes to SilverBug from a varied background which includes an MBA from Warwick, previously Head of Crime and Disorder for Manchester, advisor to the Cabinet Office and a qualified teacher to boot.

Lindsey is married with a young daughter and shares her home with five chickens, two cats and a dog.

Kirsty Askwith – HR Manager

Kirsty joined SilverBug in 2004 with a BA Honours in Fashion and had the pleasure of working with award winning designers such as Alexander McQueen and Jonathan Saunders. As a trained Savile Row tailor Kirsty was no stranger to suits but wanted to become more involved in business process and decided to further her career outside the fashion industry.

Having achieved her Masters in Human Resources, Kirsty is responsible for the SilverBug people, finances and office. She is an active member of Buckinghamshire CIPD.

Kirsty lives with her partner and dog in a converted Victorian building which she is in the process of renovating.

On completing a degree in languages and computing, Phil established his own business as a technical translator in France. He has since worked for a wide range of companies including Gillette, Dell, the BBC and Universal Studios.

Tim Jacobs – Senior Service Delivery Manager

Tim joined Silverbug in 2009 to manage all aspects of delivering efficient and effective services to our customers, after three decades in the IT industry dating from the days when paper tape readers and 330bps modems were hi-tech. After many years as a technical manager mainly in the finance and telecoms sectors, Tim has concentrated on applying the knowledge, gained from sometimes bitter experience, to improving working practices and processes in companies of all sizes from small start-ups to multinationals.

Tim lives in Milton Keynes with his wife and two dogs, and has had a Blackberry surgically implanted into his arm so customers can contact him 24/7.
