Customers continue to express their satisfaction at SilverBug service levels

The results from the June 2010 customer satisfaction survey re-affirm that SilverBug delivers an exceptional customer experience. Satisfaction remains exceptionally high with 94% of our customers responding that they are “highly satisfied” or “satisfied” with  the service they receive from SilverBug.

The attitude and approach of our Engineers is what sets us apart in the market and this has again been endorsed by our customers. 100% of our users that have experience of our onsite support rated it as “good” or “excellent”. Hayley Campbell, Office Manager at AET Services Ltd commented, “Each technician that has helped me over the past month (which is practically all of them) has gone above and beyond to solve my problem almost immediately".

SilverBug maintains its position in the market as the “preferred IT people” with 87% of our customers stating that they would be happy to recommend us; in fact many have already done so.

SilverBug is committed to continuous improvement in the levels of service we provide to our customers. The findings from this survey will help us identify any possible areas for improvement which can then be implemented.
